Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiries: Handle international customer service inquiries via phone and email, addressing customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
- Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and respond to inquiries in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to communication procedures, company guidelines, and policies for handling customer interactions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
- Problem Resolution: Manage customer complaints, ensuring quick and effective resolution to maintain high service quality.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Intermediate level education (Fresh candidates welcome; up to 6 months of experience is acceptable).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and improve continuously.
- Prior experience in international customer support or call center environments is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night shifts).
