Software Finder Careers is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager HR Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing essential HR operations, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting the HR team with daily tasks. Responsibilities
- HR Operations Management: Manage daily HR operations such as employee records management, data entry, and process documentation to ensure smooth HR functions.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and handle offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee information, including attendance, leave management, and payroll data.
- Policy Implementation: Support the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR-related legal guidelines, mitigating legal risks for the company.
- Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process, supporting administrative tasks related to feedback, appraisals, and development plans.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate HR reports to track key metrics such as headcount, employee attrition, compliance, and leaves, analyzing data for improvements and actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other HR teams and departments to ensure the integration of best HR practices across the company.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, ideally in mid-to-large organizations.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices in human resource management.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software and the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of additional HR tools is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Outstanding ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capacity to identify issues, think critically, and resolve them in a timely, efficient manner.
- Flexibility: Ability to adjust to varying tasks and schedules as needed.
Shift Timings
This position requires working night shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM to ensure efficient HR operations across different time zones.
