This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth internal communication and operational excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, ensuring all sales processes are streamlined and documentation is managed effectively.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various channels (phone, email, chat), offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to manage order fulfillment and resolve any related delivery issues.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing detailed sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and creating presentations for management reviews.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • CRM Management: Ensure accurate and timely updates in the company’s CRM system, keeping all customer and sales data current.
  • Sales Insights: Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to optimize team performance.
  • Client Onboarding: Support the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring an efficient transition into the system.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and training programs.
  • Client Documentation: Generate and manage client account documentation, including contracts and agreements.
  • Customer Feedback: Track and manage client feedback to ensure suggestions are shared with relevant teams for continual improvement.
  • Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings to review goals, share progress, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role. Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
