Job Responsibilities
- Support HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and records management.
- Assist in executing policies related to performance management and employee engagement.
- Provide support in training sessions and workshops organized by the HR department.
- Maintain and organize confidential employee data and ensure accurate documentation.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes and tools.
- Handle general administrative duties within the HR department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Preferred).
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR principles and functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to pressure.
