We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our team. This full-time, on-site position will focus on managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and promoting our software development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management:
Manage multiple client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team. Ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided and maintain strong relationships. - Understanding Client Needs:
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, and challenges. Translate these needs into actionable tasks for the development team. - Project Coordination:
Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications. - Service Promotion:
Promote Hatzs Dimensions’ services, including website design and development, social media management, and SEO, to potential clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Communication and Reporting:
Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction. Keep management informed on account performance and client feedback. - Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth project execution and client retention.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
Proven experience in account management, sales, or client relations. Experience in the technology or software development industry is highly desirable. - Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Technical Knowledge:
Knowledge of software development processes and an understanding of client requirements related to website development and digital marketing. - Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Other Requirements:
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
