This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the billing processes, credit control, and invoicing tasks to support the company’s financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing & Invoicing:
    • Prepare and send customer invoices accurately and on time, ensuring all billing details are correct.
    • Manage the invoicing process, ensuring that invoices are generated in compliance with company policies.
  • Credit Control:
    • Monitor and review outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collection.
    • Coordinate with customers to resolve any billing discrepancies and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable records, tracking payments and balances.
    • Assist with preparing financial reports on outstanding receivables and the cash flow impact.
  • Analytical Support:
    • Use analytical skills to identify trends and discrepancies in the accounts receivable data.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the finance team on improving processes.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the finance team to assist with audits, financial forecasting, and budgeting.
    • Collaborate with other departments, ensuring smooth communication to resolve any billing or payment issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or similar finance roles is required.
    • Familiarity with billing processes and invoicing systems.
  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial principles.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other finance-related software.
    • Good communication skills, particularly when liaising with customers and other departments.
