Street Feet is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Reconciliation Specialist to join our team in a part-time hybrid role. This position will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records by identifying and resolving any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Account Reconciliation: Analyze and reconcile financial discrepancies across various accounts.
- Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and review account information to ensure accuracy.
- Billing Resolution: Address and resolve any billing issues that arise.
- Reporting: Participate in weekly meetings to report on discrepancies, solutions, and progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in accounting or finance is highly preferred. Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
