NIMIR is seeking a highly skilled Manager Administrative Accounting to join their dynamic team in Shekhūpura, with the option for hybrid working. In this full-time role, the Manager will play a key role in overseeing and managing financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic financial management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, accounting operations, and cash flow management. A strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a large team are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and management of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and standards.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
- Monitor cash flow, ensuring financial stability, and working closely with senior management to ensure proper financial control.
- Provide regular financial reports and insights to key stakeholders, including performance analysis and financial forecasts.
- Ensure administrative tasks related to accounting and finance are efficiently handled.
- Supervise and lead a team of more than 50+ staff members, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Handle internal and external public relations concerning financial inquiries, ensuring clarity and professionalism in communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of finance-related policies and processes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Commerce (Accounting & Human Resource Specialization, or related field). A Master’s degree in International Relations & Affairs may also be considered.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in finance and accounting management, including experience in managing teams of 50+ staff members.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, analytical skills, and cash flow management.
- A solid background in administrative accounting and handling various administrative tasks related to financial operations.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Skills:

- Proven ability to handle day-to-day accounting activities efficiently.
