Senior Accounts Executive (Oracle Expert)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive (Oracle Expert) to join our team at Raaziq International PVT LTD in Faisalabad. In this role, you will manage key accounting functions involving Oracle ERP, including reconciliations, adjustments, and reporting for various financial elements like inter-company, stock, and supplier accounts. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in Oracle financial modules and an understanding of the key accounting principles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inter-Company Reconciliations & Adjustments: Responsible for handling inter-company reconciliations and necessary adjustments within the Oracle system to maintain accuracy.
  • Inter-Division Reconciliations & Adjustments: Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts between different divisions of the company through Oracle.
  • Bank Reconciliations & Adjustments: Perform detailed reconciliations related to bank accounts using Oracle ERP and adjust discrepancies.
  • Stock Reconciliation & Adjustment: Carry out stock reconciliations and necessary adjustments, ensuring accurate inventory records within Oracle.
  • Sales Tax Reconciliation & Adjustments: Ensure compliance with local sales tax regulations by managing sales tax reconciliation processes in Oracle.
  • Supplier Reconciliation & Adjustments: Coordinate and adjust supplier account reconciliations through the Oracle platform for accurate financial reporting.
  • Advance Reconciliation & Adjustments: Manage and resolve any issues related to advances, making necessary reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Activity Reporting to Management: Provide comprehensive financial activity reports to management, ensuring clarity in reconciliations and adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • BBA/B.com/MBA/M.com or equivalent degree, or ACCA/CA (Inter).
  • Experience:
    • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP, handling reconciliations, adjustments, and other accounting functions.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in using Oracle financial modules and systems.
    • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate effectively within teams and report to senior management.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for reporting.
