Aims Technology is looking for a dedicated Articled Assistant to join our dynamic team in Faisalabad. This full-time hybrid role offers flexibility with a mix of on-site and remote work. Responsibilities
As an Articled Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in Day-to-Day Operations: Providing support to various departments by completing administrative and operational tasks.
- Research & Analysis: Conducting research and compiling reports to support ongoing projects.
- Data Management: Assisting with data collection, analysis, and the maintenance of records.
- Communication Support: Handling client and team communications, both written and verbal, ensuring accurate dissemination of information.
- Documentation & Reporting: Preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Collaboration: Working both independently and collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and project goals.
- Problem Solving: Helping in solving issues by applying sound judgment and professional skills in the area of responsibility.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensuring that all tasks comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
To succeed in the Articled Assistant role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other relevant field.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong research, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other office productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with teams and clients.
- Knowledge of specific software or tools relevant to the job (specific tools can be discussed during the interview).
- Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Experience working in a technology-related industry or field.
