This Assistant Merchandiser position is a full-time on-site role at Green Apparel Private Limited, based in the Lahore Division. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the merchandising team by handling tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, retail, and marketing. The Assistant Merchandiser will assist in achieving business goals by ensuring smooth and efficient operations in merchandising and related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication & Customer Service: Assist in maintaining effective communication with clients and customers, providing excellent customer service to build and retain relationships.
- Sales & Retail: Support the sales team by providing relevant product information and assisting in retail operations.
- Marketing: Assist in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s apparel products.
- Organizational Support: Provide organizational and administrative support to the merchandising team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.
- Merchandising Processes: Help with inventory management, product selection, and the visual presentation of merchandise. Knowledge of merchandising processes is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (preferably, though other degrees may be considered).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in sales and retail.
- Marketing knowledge to support promotional activities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of merchandising processes is a plus but not mandatory.
