Core Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Devising Strategic Plans: Design strategies for improving business efficiency and sales performance for both local and international sales teams.
- Synergy Creation: Identify opportunities to create sustainable synergies across various business functions like Sales, Marketing, HR, Classifieds, and Affiliates.
- Identifying New Business Areas: Discover new business areas and deploy strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
- Collaborating with Senior Management: Partner with senior leadership to recommend strategies and business plans related to sales, marketing, product development, and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Developing Process Documentation: Create and update process documentation, work instructions, and other tools to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Analytics Platform: Design and implement analytics platforms that enable optimal resource allocation, tracking, and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the business.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain excellent communication with cross-functional teams to facilitate improvements in business delivery quality.
- Streamlining Processes: Develop workflow templates to streamline processes, resulting in higher business efficiency.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in leadership roles, sales effectiveness, or business analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior management and diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
