BuildOut Solution is looking for a motivated and strategic Business Developer to join our team in Lahore. As a Business Developer, your primary focus will be on generating leads through platforms like Upwork and other freelancing channels. This role is perfect for someone who excels in identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and crafting tailored proposals to convert prospects into valuable clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Source high-quality leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile.
- Proposal Writing: Craft customized proposals to meet client needs, highlighting BuildOut Solution’s strengths and aligning with our Upwork profile.
- Networking: Utilize LinkedIn and other tools to build a network of clients, enhance staff augmentation efforts, and track relevant industry trends.
- Client Interaction: Assess and select business opportunities that align with the company’s goals and profitability, ensuring all client interactions are tailored to project scope.
- Collaborative Insights: Collaborate with internal teams to share insights from client interactions and prospecting, contributing to the overall growth of the business development strategy.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor new business opportunities on freelancing platforms, providing regular reports and updates on lead status and potential client acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Upwork lead generation, including writing compelling proposals and identifying high-value opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn for building networks, staff augmentation, and targeting the ideal customer profile.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and adapt quickly to changing demands.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities at the same time.
- Previous experience in business development or sales within a freelancing or remote work environment is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
