TechloSet Solutions is seeking a dynamic and driven Junior to Mid-Level Business Developer to join our growing team in Faisalabad. Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to increase business opportunities.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Create and implement sales strategies designed to meet specific revenue goals and performance targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine business development strategies.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals that highlight TechloSet Solutions’ unique value.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that promote long-term partnerships.
- Sales Activities Documentation:
- Accurately document all sales activities, client interactions, and communication in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized records to ensure clear reporting and efficient management of prospects.
- Collaborative Contribution:
- Work closely with internal teams to improve and refine company business strategy.
- Provide insights from client feedback and market research to drive growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Junior to Mid-Level experience (1-2 years preferred) in business development, ideally in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets, closing deals, and generating new business opportunities.
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing strategies.
- Strong proposal writing and English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and sales abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment to meet business goals.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to business development.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must be based in Faisalabad (FSD) and able to work on-site and during night shifts.
