We are currently seeking a Business Development Administrator who will play a key role in client communication, sales support, and business development initiatives within our Lahore office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service, ensuring that client queries and concerns are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Support: Assist in sales activities and ensure accurate documentation, providing support to the sales team as required.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development strategies by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal preparation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless coordination between business development, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Organizational Tasks: Use strong organizational skills to maintain a well-ordered system for client records, sales pipelines, and follow-ups.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues efficiently, offering creative and effective solutions to support the business’s objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar business development or sales support role is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Solid sales experience with a good understanding of business development processes.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
