Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Sales Management: Effectively manage inbound sales processes and customer interactions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Development: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering business opportunities.
  • Sales Funnel Navigation: Understand and manage the entire sales funnel process, from initial contact to lead qualification and closing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to help achieve company goals and business growth objectives.
  • Insights & Feedback: Provide valuable insights into customer needs and the software development processes, which will contribute to enhancing sales strategies and customer solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken English is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in inbound sales or business development is preferred.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of the sales funnel process and how to drive prospects through each stage to achieve business goals.
  • Software Development Knowledge (Bonus): Knowledge of software development concepts is a plus but not required.
  • Attitude & Mindset: Positive attitude, self-driven, and team-oriented, with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
