This key position will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our customer support projects and BPO services. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
    Actively search for and generate business leads on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Ensure consistent lead generation and a steady pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Develop and Manage Gigs:
    Create and manage compelling gigs and listings on freelance platforms to attract potential clients, ensuring clear and persuasive messaging that highlights our services.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our customer support projects and BPO services.
  • Client Negotiations and Proposals:
    Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and reports to potential clients, clearly showcasing how Communication Hub LLC’s offerings can meet their specific needs.
  • Target Achievement:
    Meet or exceed sales and client acquisition targets, tracking and reporting on progress regularly.
  • Market Research and Strategy Development:
    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop and implement effective business strategies that increase our market presence and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:
    Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and efficient client onboarding processes. Foster strong internal communication to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Proven experience in business development, particularly within the BPO or customer support industry. Strong familiarity with freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr is essential.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to interact with clients at all levels
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with the ability to close deals and secure clients
    • Results-driven and experienced in managing multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
    • Ability to effectively work in a night shift schedule.
  • Education:
    A relevant degree or qualification would be an asset but not mandatory.
