Snow Dream Studios GmbH is a dynamic company looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. The role involves developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients, drive revenue, and grow our business across global markets. You’ll oversee client acquisition, including working on both white-label agencies and corporate clients, leading the communication with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term projects.
This role provides flexibility with a hybrid working model, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work, providing balance while maintaining a high level of focus on results and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Conversion:
- Identify potential white-label agencies and B2B/B2C clients in both local and international markets, focusing on the German, USA, and UK markets.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Indeed, Glassdoor for lead generation, and develop cold emailing campaigns.
- Perform client follow-ups and conversion through effective calls and negotiations.
- Handle final calls with clients to convert prospects and onboard projects.
- Client Management & Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients across targeted global markets, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Write compelling proposals, calculate budgets, and secure project contracts with clients.
- Handover successfully onboarded projects to the CTO or Project Manager to ensure smooth execution.
- CRM & Reporting:
- Utilize CRM systems such as Zoho and HubSpot for tracking leads, managing prospects, and maintaining sales activities.
- Generate reports on performance, lead conversion, and sales forecasts.
- Team Collaboration:
- Lead and manage call center teams to enhance productivity, ensuring high-quality communication with clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth workflows for project delivery.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of business development or sales experience, particularly targeting markets in Germany, the USA, and the UK.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Expertise in lead generation, proposal writing, budget planning, and handling client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Knowledge and experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Indeed, Glassdoor for client acquisition.
- Excellent command over English communication, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle cold emailing campaigns, client interactions, and proposal closing effectively.
- Other Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- A self-motivated individual with strong time management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: PKR 90,000–150,000 (negotiable based on experience).
- Commission: 5–10% on successful conversions.
- Incentives & Bonuses: Performance-based incentives.
- Leave Benefits: Annual leave benefits, holidays, and a provident fund contribution.
- Work Schedule:
- Official Office Hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility based on workload and task completion; weekend availability may be required depending on client requirements.
