As a Business Development Officer (BDO), your primary responsibility is to identify and qualify new leads, build meaningful relationships with potential clients, and set up sales opportunities for the company. This role is ideal for motivated self-starters with a knack for sales and lead generation, offering the flexibility to work remotely and earn through a performance-driven commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Engaging & Relationship Building: Establish contact with decision-makers, understand their business needs, and create a rapport to set up meetings or demos.
- Tracking & Reporting: Regularly monitor leads, maintain organized records of opportunities, and provide updates to the team on progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and online research methods is a plus.
