Nykaa Fashion is looking for a highly motivated and organized Business Development Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about business development, identifying opportunities, and driving growth through proactive sales efforts. The Business Development Specialist will build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, provide innovative solutions, and contribute to business expansion by identifying new market opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within potential client organizations.
  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Proactively identify new business opportunities by researching markets and prospects, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develop Market Strategies: Use market research and insights to develop targeted strategies for reaching high-potential prospects.
  • Sales and Account Management: Lead the sales efforts from identifying leads to closing deals, ensuring effective account management for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proposal and Presentation Creation: Design compelling sales presentations and proposals to influence customer decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and market conditions to provide innovative business solutions and stay competitive.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and product development to deliver comprehensive business development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
    • Proven track record of successfully identifying business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to cultivate relationships with decision-makers and collaborate across teams.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
    • Innovative thinking to develop solutions for new business challenges.
