The Business Excellence Manager plays a critical role in optimizing our operations and ensuring that all processes align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Lahore that offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the organization’s efficiency, innovation, and long-term success.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  1. Process Optimization:
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Apply methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or similar to optimize production processes.
    • Conduct root cause analysis to identify problems and implement corrective actions for continuous process improvements.
  2. Performance Measurement & Analysis:
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor production performance and identify trends for improvement.
    • Set benchmarks and measure production performance against targets to drive operational excellence.
    • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior management to provide insights into operational improvements.
  3. Compliance & SOP Development:
    • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities to ensure adherence to best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all processes and operations.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with production teams to understand operational challenges and drive improvements.
    • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams for seamless operations and to remove bottlenecks.
  5. Leadership & Training:
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training on best practices, process improvement tools, and techniques.
    • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across departments.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within production teams.
  6. Strategic Alignment:
    • Work closely with leadership to ensure business excellence initiatives align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business excellence, process improvement, or operations management with expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and using KPIs to track and measure performance.
  • Experience with change management and facilitating the smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to implement operational improvements.
  • Fluency in the Chinese language will be an advantage (candidates with this proficiency will be preferred).
