Responsibilities:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Dynamics Solution and Technology, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and Developing Dashboards and Reports: You will use Power BI to create intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports. These will be designed to provide clear, actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions with ease.

  7. Leveraging Other BI Tools: While Power BI is our primary tool, you will also use other BI tools (such as Tableau or QlikView) to gather insights from various data sources. Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for advanced analytics is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics solutions that help organizations make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced expertise in Power BI, including working with DAX and Power Query, to create complex data models and reports.
    • Strong command of SQL for querying, transforming, and optimizing large datasets across multiple sources.
    • Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or similar is a plus.
    • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for performing advanced analytics is an added advantage.
  • Analytical Acumen: You must have exceptional analytical skills to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
