We are looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our team and act as the main point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and providing proactive support.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-lasting, strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and cost estimation needs.
  • Client Communication: Regularly check in with clients to gauge satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless service delivery.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice to clients on cost estimation strategies, timelines, and expectations.
  • Project Monitoring: Oversee client projects, ensuring timely completion of all phases and clear communication between teams and clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues or challenges faced by clients, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions.
  • Client Feedback: Collect client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements and enhance the client experience.
  • Product Improvement Suggestions: Suggest product or service improvements based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Success Manager and other internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer service, preferably in a consulting or service-based industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in cost estimation, construction, or related fields is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Client Management: Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
