We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Secretary to support the daily operations of our office. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy handling multiple administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior executives, managing calendars, appointments, and correspondence.
- Clerical Tasks: Handle routine clerical duties such as filing, document management, and preparing reports.
- Company Secretarial Duties: Assist with organizational meetings, maintaining company records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, offering professional and courteous assistance.
- Communication Management: Maintain effective internal communication between departments and assist with external communication.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and ensure all assignments are completed on time.
- Office Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized office space, manage supplies, and ensure an efficient working environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (higher qualifications are a plus).
- Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
