Job Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard leading brands across diverse industries to expand BaadMay’s partner network.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure sustained collaboration and mutual growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve partnership goals and revenue targets.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align business development initiatives with company objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership management, ideally in the retail or financial services sector (discuss during the interview).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Network: Existing relationships with top brands or experience building high-value partnerships is a significant advantage (discuss during the interview).
