NSOL BPO is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Rawalpindi. If you are an energetic and motivated individual with strong communication skills, this opportunity is for you. We need someone who is comfortable working night shifts, has a positive attitude, and is eager to work in a fast-paced BPO environment. The main responsibility will be setting appointments for potential clients, providing top-notch customer service, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Appointment Scheduling: Make outbound calls to potential clients, working to schedule appointments efficiently.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each interaction is professional and pleasant.
- CRM Management: Accurately input and update client information into the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and easy follow-up.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of scheduled appointments.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Objection Handling: Confidently handle client objections and inquiries while maintaining a professional tone.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a BPO or call center, especially in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English; fluency is a must.
- Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working during night shifts (shift timings will be communicated during the interview).
- Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, a positive proactive attitude, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM software is preferred but not mandatory.
