Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Specialist, your key duties will include:
- Call Center Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for call center operators and staff.
- Training and Adaptation: Provide comprehensive training and ensure smooth adaptation for new hires.
- Work Schedule Management: Create and monitor work schedules for operators to ensure consistent performance.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze performance and results to identify areas for increasing sales and operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on the performance of the call center, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Call Monitoring: Conduct call wiretapping to evaluate the quality of conversations, provide feedback, and ensure high standards.
- Team Motivation: Motivate the staff to achieve goals and maintain performance levels through regular feedback and positive reinforcement.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle and resolve disputes effectively within the team to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Salary and Compensation: Manage the calculation of salaries and benefits for operators, ensuring timely presentation and accurate payout.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in call center sales, with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- At least 2 years of management experience, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in CRM systems for tracking performance, scheduling, and reporting.
- Strong skills in goal setting, staff motivation, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to assess calls and provide constructive feedback to team members effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills for communication with the team and clients.
- Leadership Abilities:
- Experience in providing feedback and developing the team’s skills for optimal performance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
