Responsibilities
As a Call Center Specialist at Orient Biz Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch customer service and managing client inquiries. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Support: Provide professional, friendly, and efficient assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Inquiry Management: Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Utilize Contact Center Tools: Efficiently use available technologies and systems to track and manage customer interactions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Problem Solving: Use critical thinking and attention to detail to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills and experience:
- Customer Support & Communication: Strong ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly.
- Experience in Contact Centers: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Computer Literacy: Familiarity with contact center systems and basic computer skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to address customer issues.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service is a plus.
Bonus: Prior experience in a similar call center role will be an added advantage.
