Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Telemarketer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Outbound Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, gauge interest, and generate sales leads.
- Customer Inquiry Handling: Address customer questions, providing clear and concise information about products, services, and promotions.
- Sales and Lead Generation: Promote products or services in a persuasive manner and aim to generate sales or appointments with potential clients.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by listening actively to their needs and concerns and ensuring their issues are resolved.
- Record Keeping: Log information from calls into a database, keeping accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
- Meet Targets: Work towards sales targets and performance metrics while maintaining quality standards in call handling.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with colleagues and supervisors to improve sales strategies and service quality.
Qualifications:
