As part of our expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced IT Call Center Representative to join our Lahore office. In this role, you will be a vital member of our support team, responsible for assisting customers with IT-related issues, ensuring top-notch service, and contributing to an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide first-line support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IT systems and services.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries, assisting with tech support, and providing clear, understandable solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and networking, offering timely solutions and follow-ups.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service and ensure high customer satisfaction by managing and resolving issues effectively and courteously.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference and service improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to share knowledge and insights, ensuring the team is always up-to-date with the latest tech solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience in IT support or call center operations is a must.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a good understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with a diverse customer base.
  • Customer Service: A customer-first mindset, with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
