Job Responsibilities
As a Thumbnail Designer, you will:
- Conceptualize and Develop Designs: Analyze video content and audience preferences to create engaging thumbnails.
- Craft High-Quality Thumbnails: Utilize tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to produce visually appealing designs that align with branding.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the content team to refine ideas and integrate feedback.

Qualifications
Required:
- At least 1 year of experience in designing YouTube thumbnails or similar content (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred:
