Times Consultant (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an organized and proactive Admissions Officer to support students seeking higher education abroad. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of students by assisting them through the admissions process for international universities. The ideal candidate will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training to understand the admission process fully while assisting students with applications, documents, and deadlines. Responsibilities:

  • Student Assistance: Guide students through the admissions process by helping them complete applications, prepare the necessary documents, and ensure timely submission to the universities.
  • University Research: Conduct research on universities and their admission requirements, offering students up-to-date and detailed information on available programs and the application process.
  • Document Review: Review and edit admission essays to ensure that they meet the academic standards and requirements set by the universities.
  • Communication Management: Maintain open communication channels with students, universities, and other relevant stakeholders, via email, phone, and video conferencing, to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate and complete records for each student’s application process, ensuring full compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support: Provide continuous guidance to students and their families, answering queries and assisting them in overcoming any challenges during the application process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Additional certifications in education management or international studies may be a plus (discuss during the interview).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, with a particular focus on customer service.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, education, or student advisory role is highly preferred, particularly in the field of international education or higher education admissions.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
    • Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
