Key Responsibilities

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will:

ERP Implementation & Management

Lead the complete implementation and integration of ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on finance, accounts, and inventory modules.
Customize ERP tools to align with unique operational requirements.

ERP Data Management

Ensure data integrity and security across all ERP modules.
Develop strategies to enhance data reporting and usage.

Finance & Accounts Expertise

Optimize the use of ERP finance and accounts modules in collaboration with the finance team.
Streamline financial processes using ERP solutions.

Inventory Management

Oversee inventory operations through ERP systems for improved stock management.
Design controls to reduce inefficiencies and enhance accuracy.

IT Infrastructure Support

Manage IT infrastructure to ensure reliable ERP operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical ERP challenges.

Training & Support

Conduct ongoing training for staff to maximize ERP usage and efficiency.
Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues.

Qualifications

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in ERP implementation, particularly focusing on accounts, finance, and inventory.
- Familiarity with industries like export, FMCG, or manufacturing is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems, including customization and data management.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving ERP challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to provide ERP training and support.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Nairobi, Kenya, and work in a fast-paced environment.
