Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be entrusted with various important tasks and projects that require both independent work and team collaboration. Some of the core responsibilities include:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

2. Training and Development

3. Research and Analysis

Qualifications & Skills Required

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Project Management or Training & Development would be a plus.
Professional Experience
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in training, consulting, or client management.
- Prior experience in project management or administrative support is a significant advantage.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
