Key Responsibilities
As a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, you will:
✅ Develop and Customize CRM Solutions – Build, implement, and refine Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs.
✅ Manage CRM Integration – Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
✅ Develop Plugins and Custom Workflows – Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK to create custom plugins, workflows, and client-side scripting.
✅ Enhance Security & Performance – Optimize the Entity Model, Security Model, Web Services, and WebAPI to improve CRM functionality.
✅ Utilize .NET & C# for Development – Work extensively with .NET Framework, C#, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
✅ Work with SharePoint – Develop and integrate Microsoft SharePoint solutions within the CRM environment.
✅ Use Third-Party ETL Tools – Work with SSIS and KingswaySoft for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM development.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, .NET Framework, and C# programming.
- Experience in working with REST/ODATA, SOAP APIs, and CRM SDK.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and XRM Framework.
- Ability to develop custom workflow activities, plugins, and client-side scripting.
- Knowledge of security models, web services, and API integration.
- Experience with third-party ETL tools (SSIS, KingswaySoft is a plus).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
