As a Senior Investment Advisor at ARC Developers, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the company’s real estate projects. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Feasibility Studies:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis on potential real estate investments, evaluating risks, returns, and overall feasibility.
- Provide insightful recommendations on project investments to support decision-making.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Continuously stay updated on the latest industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments.
- Identify and assess emerging opportunities and potential challenges in the real estate sector.
- Investment Planning:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive investment plans that align with business goals.
- Help develop and refine financial models to ensure informed decision-making across projects.
- Client Interaction & Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Effectively communicate investment opportunities and strategies, ensuring clients’ needs are met.
- Compliance & Due Diligence:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards when evaluating investment opportunities.
- Carry out thorough due diligence to mitigate risks in investment projects.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Prepare and deliver detailed investment reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and project progress.
- Monitor existing investments and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Investment Advisor or in a similar financial role, ideally within the real estate sector.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent understanding of real estate market trends, investment strategies, and the broader economic landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Certifications (optional): CFA, FRM, or similar certifications can be advantageous.
