Responsibilities

As a Specialist Product (Payments) at JazzCash, you will:

Enhance Payment Processes
- Identify areas for improvement in the JazzCash payment gateway and e-commerce payment solutions to provide a seamless transaction experience.
- Work on process automation and optimization to make payment transactions faster, safer, and more efficient.
Execute and Optimize E-Commerce Campaigns
- Plan and implement e-commerce promotions to boost digital payments adoption.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create campaigns that drive customer engagement.
Analyze Transaction Data for Risk Management
- Study payment patterns and trends to detect fraud risks and anomalies.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the security of online transactions.
Collaborate with Teams for Payment Solutions
- Work with developers, UX designers, and fintech specialists to enhance user experience and payment system integration.
- Partner with banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers to expand JazzCash’s network.
Test and Improve Payment Integrations
- Conduct thorough testing of payment APIs and integration modules to detect and resolve bugs.
- Ensure that payment solutions work smoothly across different platforms and devices.
Support New Feature Development
- Assist Product Leadership in planning and launching new payment features and enhancements.

Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should have:

Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in the payments domain, preferably in fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of payment gateways, digital wallets, and financial transaction processing.
- Ability to analyze large sets of transaction data and extract insights for business growth and risk management.
Marketing & Business Development Acumen
