Software Finder is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Customer Success to lead and support a team of SaaS Sales Development Specialists. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales leadership, team management, and SaaS industry dynamics. This role will focus on mentoring and guiding your team to meet and exceed performance targets while actively participating in sales calls. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of SaaS Sales Development Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
- KPI Monitoring: Track KPIs and define key metrics to assess the performance of your team.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize analytics to derive actionable insights and optimize the team’s performance.
- Sales Calls & Strategy: Actively make sales calls and guide the team on sales strategies and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to streamline processes and improve sales effectiveness.
- Feedback & Improvement: Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and refine sales strategies based on insights.
- Tech Stack Optimization: Leverage tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Resource Inn to improve sales efficiency and team coordination.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in SaaS sales or B2B sales leadership, managing and developing a sales team.
- Data & Analytics: Strong understanding of sales metrics and the ability to interpret data to refine strategies and tactics.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a high-performing team.
- Communication Skills: Advanced English communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate and inspire a team.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and sales/marketing tools.
- Industry Insight: Comprehensive understanding of SaaS industry trends, market dynamics, and opportunities for business growth.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn continuously and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Work Timings:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (subject to operational needs, one-week notice required for adjustments).
