We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Customer Sales Representative to join our night shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, and ensuring top-notch customer service. As part of our fast-paced and customer-centric team, you will work in an exciting environment and contribute to the growth of Noah Technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound & Outbound Sales:
    Handle incoming customer inquiries and make outbound calls to potential clients. Present product/service offerings in a compelling manner to close sales effectively.
  • Customer Engagement & Product Information:
    Respond to customer queries, provide product details, answer questions about pricing, availability, and other product-related concerns. Guide customers through the decision-making process and ensure they are fully informed.
  • Sales & Lead Conversion:
    Drive sales by converting leads into satisfied customers. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by making persuasive and effective calls and closing deals efficiently.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage leads, track sales, and document relevant information.
  • Goal-Orientation:
    Stay focused on achieving sales objectives, utilizing a goal-oriented approach to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and strive to provide swift resolutions.
  • Collaboration with Team Members:
    Work effectively with team members and management to develop sales strategies, improve processes, and increase overall sales productivity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

  • Experience:
    At least 6 months of experience in customer service or sales. Prior experience in tech industry or USA/UK/AUS-based call centers is a plus.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to clearly present and explain product offerings to customers in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Sales Acumen:
    Strong sales and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to close sales and handle objections efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Basic knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Shift Availability:
    Ability to work night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM USA Time Zone.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
