Wisdom Therapeutics is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lahore. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Ensure all communication is clear and customer-friendly.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively identify and resolve customer concerns and problems, aiming for the best possible outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, efficiently prioritizing inquiries and issues according to urgency.
  • CRM System Management: Use the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Customer Experience: Provide an outstanding and personalized experience to each customer by anticipating their needs and offering solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery and feedback integration.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, generate reports for management as needed.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu (other languages are a plus).
  • Customer-Centered Approach: A customer-oriented mindset with a strong ability to resolve problems and build rapport.
  • Multitasking Abilities: The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and high service standards.
  • CRM & Software Proficiency: Experience in using CRM systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
