Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiries Handling:
    • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
    • Address inquiries related to products, services, billing, and troubleshooting.
  • Customer Satisfaction Management:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, striving to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term positive relationships.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems, providing timely solutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Multitasking & Prioritization:
    • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing customer needs and handling high-pressure situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Documentation & Feedback Reporting:
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and issues using the company’s CRM system.
    • Provide regular feedback to management on recurring customer concerns, suggesting potential improvements to processes or services.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and accurately.
    • Work together with colleagues in different departments to follow through on customer issues and ensure the customer journey is smooth.
  • Product & Service Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about the company’s products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, especially in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Prior experience in a customer service or customer support role is highly preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customer groups.
    • Ability to effectively solve problems and offer creative solutions.
    • A strong customer orientation with the drive to consistently exceed service expectations.
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • Fluency in multiple languages may be beneficial (discuss during the interview).
    • Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with conflict resolution.
