We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Faisalabad. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a problem-solving attitude.

- Utilize CRM systems (where applicable) to manage customer information and track inquiries.

- Identify customer needs and proactively suggest appropriate solutions.
