Markeyters is looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative with a focus on Visa Counselling & Immigration Consultancy to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, offering a competitive salary. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in visa counselling and immigration consultancy and will play a crucial role in assisting clients through the visa application process while ensuring excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Visa Counselling & Immigration Consultancy:
    • Provide accurate and professional advice to clients on visa application procedures, required documents, and visa options based on their needs.
    • Guide clients through various immigration pathways, offering tailored advice based on their individual profiles and goals.
  2. Client Support & Issue Resolution:
    • Address client inquiries related to visa processes and immigration queries with clarity and professionalism.
    • Resolve client concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the consultation and application process.
  3. Client Documentation & Follow-ups:
    • Assist clients in preparing the necessary documentation for their visa applications, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration regulations.
    • Keep detailed records of all client interactions and perform follow-ups to ensure timely submissions and processing.
  4. Sales & Client Conversion:
    • Engage with potential clients to promote visa services and provide detailed information that persuades them to complete their visa applications.
    • Utilize strong closing skills to convert leads into active clients, meeting targets for client conversion and application submission.
  5. Regulatory Knowledge & Updates:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest visa and immigration laws, policies, and regulations to offer relevant and timely guidance to clients.
    • Implement any necessary adjustments to processes as regulations and requirements evolve.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in visa counselling and immigration consultancy or a related field. Experience in customer service roles is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a clear understanding of English.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new visa processes and regulations.
    • Proven sales abilities with strong client conversion skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to providing a positive experience for clients.
    • Sound knowledge of visa processes and immigration procedures.
  • Education:
    • A relevant Bachelor’s degree in fields like Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory).
