The Customer Success Manager will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them achieve their business objectives by effectively leveraging Devsinc’s products and services. This role involves a mix of customer engagement, project coordination, and strategic alignment to ensure seamless software delivery and superior customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Manage a portfolio of 15-20 customers, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on best practices for software usage.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.

Customer Success Execution

  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT), reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Advocate for customers’ needs within internal teams.

Software Delivery Coordination

  • Work with software development, QA, and deployment teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

Market and Customer Insights

  • Use HubSpot to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, projects, and feedback.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Service and Product Alignment

  • Ensure customer expectations align with company goals and deliverables.
  • Provide feedback to influence product development and prioritize customer-requested features.

Revenue Optimization and Renewals

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to align customer needs with available solutions.
  • Assist in renewal discussions to drive retention and expansion rates.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, or pre-sales roles.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot and other CRM systems is a plus.
