Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and issues with a focus on providing an exceptional experience.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • CRM Systems: Utilize CRM tools and ticketing systems to track, manage, and resolve customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., sales, production) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer needs.
  • Reporting: Document all customer interactions and feedback, maintaining accurate records to support ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in a similar industry such as fashion, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify problems accurately and provide efficient solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
