Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Respond to Customer Queries: Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.
- Multitask Effectively: Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously without compromising quality or speed.
- Resolve Issues: Solve customer problems efficiently while escalating complex issues to the right department as needed.
- Master Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to deliver accurate support.
- Update Records: Document customer interactions and update the CRM system with detailed notes.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with colleagues to refine customer service processes and improve outcomes.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with product changes and industry trends to provide the most relevant assistance.

Job Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Education: A-Levels, Intermediate, or higher.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
- Personality Traits: Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced, US-time zone schedule.
Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not required. Enthusiasm to learn and grow is a must!
