We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as DAE Customer Premises Associates in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
As a DAE Customer Premises Associate, you will:
- Perform installation and configuration of modems at customer premises.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment.
- Provide professional, courteous service while handling challenging customer situations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or IT.
- Experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- A valid driver’s license and own bike for transportation.
