Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support through voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and offer tailored solutions in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the team to improve processes and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a supportive and efficient work environment.

Candidate Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with support software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting data.

Technical Requirements:

  • A personal computer or laptop with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps upload/download speeds).
  • A backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed is required upon employment.
