In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support through voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and offer tailored solutions in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the team to improve processes and services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a supportive and efficient work environment.
Candidate Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with support software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting data.
Technical Requirements:
- A personal computer or laptop with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps upload/download speeds).
- A backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed is required upon employment.
