Responsibilities

  1. Service Delivery Management:
    Lead and oversee the service delivery processes, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring they are highly satisfied with the services provided.
  3. Coordination with Internal Teams:
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  4. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
    Monitor service delivery outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure services consistently meet client requirements.
  5. Customer Feedback and Reporting:
    Gather client feedback to improve service delivery and report performance metrics to senior management.
  6. Issue Resolution:
    Handle client inquiries and issues, providing timely solutions and troubleshooting where necessary.
  7. Documentation:
    Maintain proper documentation of service delivery reports and records, ensuring clear and accurate records are always available.
  8. Team Collaboration:
    Support and communicate with relevant departments, ensuring internal alignment and successful delivery of services.

Qualifications

  1. Educational Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Experience:
    3-5 years of proven experience in service delivery, customer support, or a similar role within the IT industry. Experience in recruitment is a plus.
  3. Key Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
    • Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
