We are seeking a talented Architect/Interior Designer/Interior Curator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of creative design skills, technical expertise, and project management capabilities. You will play a crucial role in the design and execution of architectural and interior projects that reflect the firm’s vision and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
As an Architect/Interior Designer/Interior Curator, you will be responsible for:
- Architectural Design: Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs that adhere to client specifications while integrating aesthetic, functional, and sustainability principles.
- Interior Design: Curate and design interior spaces that align with the vision of the clients and enhance the overall atmosphere of the spaces.
- Project Management: Oversee the design and execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring all elements are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with clients, contractors, and the project management team to ensure alignment of project goals and client expectations.
- Material & Layout Selection: Recommend and select materials and layouts that best reflect the project goals while considering durability, aesthetic value, and cost-effectiveness.
- Software Integration: Utilize design software and advanced architectural software development tools to create realistic, detailed designs and project plans.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve design challenges, adapting solutions as necessary during various project stages.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Related Field: A degree in architecture or interior design from a recognized institution is required.
- Strong Design Skills: Proficiency in architectural and interior design, with the ability to translate concepts into high-quality, functional designs.
- Project Management Expertise: Previous experience managing projects from design to execution, with a strong understanding of project timelines, budgeting, and coordination.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other architectural software. Familiarity with software development integration in design is a plus.
- Creativity and Attention to Detail: A creative mindset with a focus on delivering visually appealing, functional, and cost-efficient designs.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify challenges and think critically to provide innovative solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
